Sounds like Sting but.........

Hello we are Insight a band that makes pop/rock music and we've just finished our first demo. Everybody, including rec. comp. are enthousiast but what we hear a lot is that our leadsinger sounds like Sting but we don't hear that. Where else then here could we find better people to have an opinion about that then here? Please help us out here, and yes we like Sting and love his music but we don't wanna sound like him or the Police.
